A New Rodent Record in Hubei Province, China: Berylmys bowersi

Abstract：One rodent specimen was collected in Houhe National Nature Reserve, Hubei Province in October 21, 2004. It was identified as Berylmys bowersi, which was firstly recorded in Hubei Province. The discovery of B. bowersi has important significance for studying the phylogenetic development of rodent and its role in forest regeneration in the area.
