In recent years, damage caused by wild animals is the frequent cases. Wildlife protection law has given principle regulation to remedy, but according to practice, there is no reasonable and clear regulation in damaged subject of duty, scope, standard and funds guarantee etc. To solve these problems, we must define the nature of compensation firstly. Scholars hold multiple views on this issue, this paper put emphasis on the nature of compensation .Based on this theory, an idea is proposed to construct the legal system in wildlife ecological in our country to ease the growing conflict between people and wild animals.
