英文摘要:Twenty-two proportional parameters of morphometric characters were analyzed by the cluster analysis, discriminatory analysis and principle component analysis to reveal the morphological variations among nine geographical populations of
Perisesarma bidens (228 individuals) from Longhai, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Yangjiang, Xuwen, Qinshui, Qinglan Barbor, Beihai and Fangcheng Port. The result of cluster analysis showed that
P. bidens could not be divided. The result of principle component analysis indicated that six principle components were constructed by factor loading, and the cumulative contribution ratio was 84.09%. Scatter plots of scores on the first and second principle component showed that there were overlapped species in the nine populations, and could not be distinguished. The total accuracy of discrimination was not high (40.8%), suggested that the individuals could not be effectively classified into their own population based on individual morphological characteristics as analyzed by discriminant function. One-Way ANOVA result revealed that there were significant differences (
P<0.05) among populations in most morphological characteristics, suggested that there were differences of morphological characteristics in individuals, and these were likely due to the influence of environment. The coefficients of difference (
CD) among the nine populations were lower than 1.28 (a well-known critical value of subspecies), suggested that there was no significant difference of morphological characteristics among the nine populations.
