云南地区水生经济动物外寄生车轮虫的研究

中文摘要：在对云南地区淡水车轮虫的调查研究过程中，在几大重要水生经济动物，即泥鳅、鲫、鲤、鳙、斑点叉尾鮰及牛蛙蝌蚪上获得8种外寄生车轮虫。其中车轮虫属4种，即虱性车轮虫Trichodina pediculus、杜氏车轮虫T. domerguei、拟黑色车轮虫T. paranigra和适度车轮虫T. modesta；拟车轮虫属1种，即圆形拟车轮虫 Paratrichodina rotundiformis；小车轮虫属3种，即周丛小车轮虫Trichodinella epizootica、卡普小车轮虫T. carpi和纤细小车轮虫T. subtilis。采用活体观察、甲基绿-派洛宁染色及干银法，并运用国际统一的特定方法及齿体定位描述法对该8种车轮虫进行了详细的形态学研究。
英文摘要：Several aquatic economic animals including Misgurnus anguillicaudatus, Carassius auratus, Cyprinus carpio, Aristichthy nobilis, Letalurus punetaus and tadpole of Rana catesbeiana were surveyed in Yunnan province, China. A total of eight trichodinid species (Ciliophora: Peritrichia) were isolated and described. Among of which, there were four species such as Trichodina pediculus, T. domerguei, T. paranigra and T. modesta were belong to the genus Trichodina; Paratrichodina rotundiformis belongs to the genus Paratrichodina; and three species such as Trichodinella epizootica, T. carpi and T. subtilis were belong to the genus Trichodinella. Taxonomic and morphometric descriptions of these Trichodinids were based on living body observation, methylgreen-pyronin stained living body and dry silver impregnated specimens. The investigation of different trichodinid populations were also provided in the paper.
